My Michael Malul ocean noir fragrance arrived leaking oil and incredibly diluted. It only lasts 30 minutes, but my sample of it lasts at least 4 hours so I know this bottle is messed up. Connected with customer support (Victor Z) and were VERY quick to respond and immediately rectified the situation. They sent me a replacement bottle right away and had a pleasant exchange with them. Easily the best customer support I’ve experienced from a company hands down! As far as the fragrance goes, it’s a fresh, aquatic, coconut, musky fragrance. Very mass appealing and definite compliment getter.

Such a refreshing smell. Unique compared to other fresh shower gel scents. Slightly mysterious but also really familiar.

The scent was good, customer service not so much. The order was paid 2-3 days priority ordered on Sunday, so I’d expect Tuesday to Thursday atleast delivery. It got there Friday so I asked if I could have a refund for the priority shipping and no response at all. Immediately following this review I was emailed and responded to, in terms of the product office for men is elite; going forward they state will respond in a timelier manner which is all a customer can ask for.
